Alex Gaudelet
FOUNDER & PARTNER
Alex is the Founder & Senior Partner at HF Real Estate. Alex is a career entrepreneur and has developed several partnerships, companies, and joint ventures in Real Estate, Food & Beverage, and Hospitality. Alex has held several senior leadership positions including COO of BR Guest Restaurants and VP of Food & Beverage of the MGM Grand Las Vegas.
As Founder and Senior Partner at HF Real Estate, Alex draws on his extensive entrepreneurial background and leadership experience to guide the firm’s strategic growth, cultivate key partnerships, and oversee high-impact real estate ventures. His diverse expertise in real estate, hospitality, and business development enables him to provide valuable insight and innovative solutions to clients.
Robert Israel
PARTNER
Rob is a Partner at HF Real Estate. He began his career in New York City as a Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of 12+ luxury co-ops and condominiums in Manhattan. Rob then joined Beam Living as a member of the Strategy, Planning, and Analytics Team, focusing on the asset management and leasing of the commercial portions of the portfolio.
Rob holds a degree in Urban & Regional Development with a minor in Business Management from the University of Arizona and lives in New Jersey with his wife and two daughters.
Zach Steinberg
PARTNER
Zach is a Partner at HF Real Estate. Before joining the team, Zach was a retail leasing broker at Ripco Real Estate where he negotiated on behalf of premier property owners and retailers. With over ten years in the Commercial Real Estate industry, Zach leverages his extensive leasing experience to oversee and execute strategic initiatives, manage key client relationships, and provide expert guidance in commercial real estate transactions and management.
Zach is a graduate of The University of Rhode Island. He lives in Westchester County, NY with his wife and two children.
Jennifer Villimin
PARTNER
Jennifer collaborates with HF Real Estate, Hospitality Firm partners, and operators on all strategic initiatives. Additionally, Jennifer oversees all operations within HF Real Estate and Hospitality Firm. Jennifer has 17 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, real estate, and events management.
Jennifer graduated from EHL – Hospitality Business and Hotel Management School in Switzerland. She worked in fine dining restaurants, 5–star hotels, and the luxury watch industry, including Red Carnation Hotels, La Réserve Geneva, Beau Rivage Palace, and Swatch Group.
